1. Do marketing numbers replace my existing BT number?
· No. Your existing BT number will be retained - both numbers can work at the same time. That means, if someone is not aware of your new marketing number and still calling you on your BT number, the call will still get through to you.

2. How much do I need to pay to set-up a number?
· An administration charge of £25 will be made to set the number up, this will be refundable if the number generates 3000 minutes in the first 3 months of issue.

3. How much is the monthly rental?
· FREE! Diamond Solutions do not charge any rental fee.

4. How often do I get the call traffic report from you?
· Every Month via accessing our billing system.

5. How do these numbers work?
· A new number will be assigned to you. This  number is pointed at one of your existing landline telephone numbers.

6. Are the 08xx numbers registered in my name?
· Yes, All 08xx telephone numbers are registered in your name. The 08xx numbers stay with you for as long as you want to use them.

7. How much do callers pay to ring an 08xx number?
· Callers will be charged  the following rates:

0800/0808/0500 these are free phone numbers and their will no charge to the caller.
0845 Local rate charges are paid at 3.36/1.9 and .9ppm at peak,evening and weekend rates.
0870 national rate charge of 6.9/3.36 and 1.9ppm rates apply.
0844 a 4.25 p flat rate per minute charge is made to the caller.
0871 8.5p flat rate per minute charge is made to the caller 
09xx these vary from 10p to £1.50p per minute.

8. Can I have more than 1 08xx number?
· Yes, you can have as many 08xx marketing numbers as you require please contact us to place your order.

9. I am an individual, not a company, can I have an 08xx number?
· Yes, you can put "individual" or "sole trader" down. Individuals / sole traders use 08xx numbers so as not to give out their home number.

10. Can I point an 08xx number to my mobile number?
· Yes, but please be aware that you will pay the mobile tariff for each incoming call since two calls are now being made, one the caller to you pays the standard rate for calling the 08xx number and you will pay the rate for calling your mobile number. Prices available on request and a deposit may be required.

11. Can I point an 08xx number to an international number?
· Yes, but please be aware that you will pay the international tariff for each incoming call since two calls are now being made, one the caller to you pays the standard rate for calling the 08xx number and you will pay the rate for calling your international number. Prices available on request and a deposit may be required.

12. Can I choose which 08xx number I have?
· Yes. Please contact us to get more information on our current numbers available.
