1. Do I keep my telephone numbers?
· Yes, the only change is a 10% discount on your BT
line rental.
2. What happens if there is a service issue?
· The line is still maintained by BT so you have the
same high levels of service. For any issue, you
contact us and we resolve any issues.
3. Do I have separate invoices for my line rental and call charges?
· No, we provide ONE invoice for your line rentals
and call charges. We invoice by e-mail and provide
web interrogation of your telephone bill.
4. How can you offer this service?
· Our partners have a wholesale arrangement with
BT which, enables us to pass the benefits of
buying power to our customers.
5. I have used LCR before what is different?
· Most companies who offer you savings on call
charges send you a separate invoice for their
charges and you still get One from BT. With
Diamond Solutions, you get one invoice.
6. Why should I use Diamond Solutions UK?
